I am a full service physical trainer. I will evaluate your current condition, listen to your desires, and devise a plan for success. Once your plan is developed I will teach you proper procedures and form. As we work I will help you understand how to use sports psychology to maintain the motivation needed to accomplish your goals. I work in a variety of settings that vary with the client and his needs. If you are not comfortable working out around others or have one of those schedules that does not allow a trip to the gym I can make most spaces into workout spaces. |
